We have 4 in house catering options. Brianno’s Catering in Eagan is our preferred catering company and has been amassing raving fans since 1993. We also have a Mexican, a Mediteranean / Halal, and an Indian Menu. In house catering is available for parties of 50 people or more. This includes china, silverware, glassware, and dinner napkins.
Can I bring in my own liquor?
Our liquor license states that all alcoholic beverages must be served by Fab Weddings bartenders. You may however, decide to purchase alcohol through your choice of liquor store and have our Fab Weddings bartenders serve it. This service is subject to a corking fee. Please contact your sales associate for more details. No outside beverages are allowed.
What will my wedding planning timeline look like?
Your wedding planner and day of coordinator will work with you to create and customize the perfect timeline and make sure every detail is finalized before you walk down the aisle, and will ensure every second of your day plays out to be exactly as you wish.
Generally speaking, social hour at 5, dinner at 6, speeches at 7, with dance until midnight. On site ceremonies generally 4:30 - 5pm, and offsite ceremonies earlier.
Is there on site parking?
Yes, of course! And, it's free. Not only do we have a full private parking lot, but you are also welcome to park on the street and across the road from Rosehenge Hall. For guests who may need extra time getting out or more need accessibility, drive up to the front door while our staff assists you in or park in our designated handicap parking for a quick walk to the front door.
Can we access the venue early for setup?
Maybe. If there is nothing going on the day before, we will meet you at the venue so you can set it up early. By the time you arrive the tables and linens will be set up, so you can add your touches. If there is another event the day before yours, we will still meet you in advance and will take in your decorations and instructions. On your event day, we will set up your decorations, so that they are done before your guests start arriving.
How much will my wedding at Rosehenge Hall cost?
Great question! Before we answer :), consider that our prices include venue, linens, catering, DJ, dinner, bartenders, soda and coffee for all, wedding planner, day of coordinator, taxes and tips. While we customize all wedding packages to fit exactly what you are looking for and nothing you don’t need, here is a sample complete reception package for 100 people.
Can we bring our own DJ?
Our venue is equipped with better and more equipment than it would take an outside DJ to understand in a short briefing. Our DJs will customize the party to your wishes. In addition, our DJs work all the time with our event managers, so that announcements are done at the right time (you do not want someone to say we're about to cut the cake, and there is no one there to help with that, right?). An event goes smoother with a well oiled crew, rather than with one that came together for the first time just minutes before the event started...
What else do we need?
While we can provide photographers, videographers, florists, cake, centerpieces and other decorations, you are welcome to bring your own. As you wish.
Staff and security are included.
Event insurance is not required but recommended.
What if... covid, military deployments, etc.
In the event that some outside event takes place that no longer allows you to hold your event on your original date, there are no refunds, but, we will offer you a new date within 9 months of the moment you are ready to pick a new date. This can be different than the date when you postpone your original event.
For example, on August 1, you find out September 1 is no longer feasible. You can postpone right away the September event, but come back later, in December, or March, and pick a new date within 9 months of December, or March...
Minimum notice required: 2 weeks prior to the original event date.
